Since the first installation in 1988, QA Studio has proven to be indispensable, stable and reliable. Our software is affordable and customizable. QA Studio is currently being used in over 40 food processing plants nationwide! We look forward to expanding into other areas of processing, to include all foods and beverages.

Built in the Lab... The QA Studio program was developed IN the lab, FOR the lab. Our software was created to make your work in Quality Assurance more efficient and effective. We gathered input from several different production facilities in several different states in order to design a powerful product. Modular Design... QA Studio currently consists of four separate modules: Raw, Fluid, Culture and Ice Cream; all of which were developed for the most popular products manufactured in dairy facilities. Each module incorporates the same principles in data entry, screen designs, and program features. Customize your software by choosing only the modules you need for your lab, and your products.

Data Security... QA Studio provides robust security. Users can be limited by: module, screen, reports, date ranges and function. Data changes can be logged and or restricted. The QA Manager has complete control.

Data Evaluation... In limited capacity, spreadsheets are capable of evaluating alphanumeric data. QA Studio was designed to manage and format large amounts of varied data. “Out of Spec” data are easily identified, as well as trends in production and quality.

Reports... There are hundreds of reports within the QA Studio program. Custom date ranges and search criteria can be applied to each of the reports, giving you a countless number of ways of looking at your data.

User Defaults... Tedious keyboard entries and subsequent errors are eliminated with drop down selection lists for standardized data. Barcodes and default values further improve data entry efficiency. Fewer key strokes, less potential for errors!

Equipment Interfaces... QA Studio can currently import test result data from most lab machines: 3M, Charm, FOSS, Hanna, Tempo, and others.

Notes Section... Use QA Studio to record events such as equipment upgrades, training, or new procedure implementations, and observe related effects on product quality. You can tie facility changes to lab data results.
