QA Studio typically has a Return on Investment or ROI of under one year. Return on Investment is determined on the estimated time savings for QA Managers, laboratory technicians, sanitation, accounting and others.

The base price for QA Studio includes two programs (generally Raw and another program) and three user licenses. QA Studio can be installed on several computers with three users on at one time. Additional programs and user licenses can be purchased for an additional fee. The base price includes on site installation and training which typically takes approximately one week.

There is a recommended optional annual maintenance fee. The maintenance fee is extremely valuable. All enhancements and new features are included with the annual maintenance fee. There are monthly newsletters informing you of the enhancements.
