Fill Date and Current Date: When entering the fill date, if the fill date is more than 32 days different than the current date, a pop up box will alert the QA Studio user.

Correct Issues with Dates: If you would like to check to make sure dates were entered correctly, you can go to Select Date Range > Odd Dates > enter the date range >click OK. Any entries that may have date entry errors are listed in the main window.

Entered Dates: The Entered Date is documented by QA Studio in the background. If you are looking for samples and can not find them by the Fill Date, Test Date, Production Date or Code Date, you could perform the Find on Entered Date. The Entered Date for a particular sample can be located on the Fluid Main Product Window > Hold tab. There is an Entered Date, a Modified Date and a unique Sequence Number. The Sequence Number indicates the number in sequence of when the sample was added to the database. This may help correct any date issues by knowing the sequence in order in which the sample was added to the program.

Weights: If a QA Studio user is checking the filler packaged samples on two different fillers packaging two different sizes, they may inadvertently enter the weight for the sample off of one filler for the other filler. This feature can help catch such errors. Also, if the user incorrectly enters the number, this feature can also help catch this type of error too. The user will be alerted if there is more than 5% difference than the spec. In the example below, the user meant to enter 4000 and inadvertently entered 400.

To change the percent from spec > Fluid Program Menu > Fluid Defaults > Data Entry Defaults (tab), Alert for Weight %Percent from Spec > Edit percent.
Weights View: To check the weights at a glance to find any possible data entry errors, you can change the view to the Weights List view and look at the Diff column. In the example; below the diff column has -3687. That indicates a probable incorrect entry.
