Set-Up
Raw Icon
  • Hide Unused Fields: If there is not a specification for a test; then the field will be hidden from view.
  • Automatically Include Calibrations: When printing Antibiotic Reports; calibrations will automatically be included on the report.
  • Raw Menu > Raw Defaults > Screen Color & Settings > Hide Unused Fields.
  • Raw Menu > Raw Defaults > Test Defaults > Automatically Include Calibrations.
Fluid Icon
  • Warn on Code Dates: If the code differs from what is set-up; an alert box will pop up. This can be turned off also.
  • Outside Lab Comparison Reports: There are three reports that will compare In-house lab testing with external lab testing results.
  • Fluid Menu > Fluid Defaults > Data Entry Defaults > Warn on Code Dates.
  • Fluid Menu > Fluid Reports > In-house Reports > Outside Lab Comparison Reports.
Ice Cream Icon
  • Four Search By Dates: There are now four different date ranges to Search By. Entered Date is the date entered into QA Studio which may differ from the Test Date.
  • Packaging Information: There is a field for Packaging in the main window. The sequence of fields including the Packaging field have been rearranged for faster data entry.
  • Ice Cream Menu > Ice Cream Window >Find >Search By.
  • Ice Cream Menu > Ice Cream Window > Flavoring Data Tab > Packaging.
Culture Icon
  • Minutes to Keep Initials: There is an option to keep initials in the main window for a specific length of time.
  • Metal Detectors & Viscosity Tests: There are set-ups for three metal detectors and three viscosity tests. Each field can be named in the Test Defaults window.
  • Culture Menu > Culture Defaults >Culture Defaults > Minutes to Keep Initials.
  • Culture Menu > Culture Defaults > Test Defaults > Metal Detectors & Viscosity Tests.
